Counter Extremism Project (CEP) Senior Director Dr. Hans-Jakob Schindler interviewed regarding Russian drones disrupting air travel in Denmark.

CEP Senior Director Dr. Hans-Jakob Schindler interviewed for segment: Drones were again circling Danish airports yesterday evening and overnight. Who sent them is still unclear. But Copenhagen is certain that hybrid warfare is behind it. NATO is taking the situation very seriously, according to its Secretary General Rutte. And while Germany wants to invest more in drone defense, the Defense Minister sees Russia behind the attack.

Counter Extremism Project (CEP) Senior Director Dr. Hans-Jakob Schindler was quoted regarding Russian intrusion into NATO airspace as part of its hybrid warfare.

Hans-Jakob Schindler, head of the Counter Extremism Project, agreed, saying this is "entirely possible", as many ships from the so-called "shadow fleet" regularly traverse the Baltic Sea.
If this is the case, Schindler pointed out, it raises questions about how the ships are monitored and whether authorities have the capacity to keep track of them, given the size of the Baltic and the sheer number of vessels.

CEP Senior Director Dr. Hans-Jakob Schindler interviewed on the start of a trial against Russian saboteurs in Munich. “Three suspected Russian spies are on trial before the Munich Higher Regional Court. They are accused of spying on military facilities and plotting sabotage.”

The case brings back memories of investigations into Russian sabotage using incendiary devices in air cargo packages. "In such actions, such as the one that has now apparently been prevented, one must ask the question of when the term 'act of sabotage' no longer suffices and one must speak of an attack on Germany," said terrorism expert Hans-Jakob Schindler, director of the Counter Extremism Project (CEP), in an interview with our editorial team.
