CEP Webinar: Linkages Between Antisemitic Key Actors and Organized Crime

(Berlin, Germany / New York, N.Y.) – The Counter Extremism Project (CEP) invites you to the webinar “Linkages Between Antisemitic Key Actors and Organized Crime”, which will take place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.

This is the second webinar of a three-part series on how antisemitism is strategically exploited by extremist groups, a project supported by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany

This webinar will shed light on the convergence between extremist actors espousing antisemitic ideologies and organized criminal networks. The objective of this session is to analyze how antisemitic extremist groups utilize criminal structures and illicit economies to finance their activities, access logistics, and expand their influence. It will also examine hybrid antisemitic-organized crime groups.

Building on the findings presented in the 2025 CEP study, “The Role of Antisemitism in the Mobilization to Violence by Extremist and Terrorist Actors”, the webinar will emphasize the transnational dimensions of these networks and the mutual benefits they derive from these alliances. Drawing from cross-country findings, the webinar will highlight how seemingly distinct extremist and criminal milieus converge around antisemitism as a unifying narrative and tactical framework.

The webinar will be conducted in English via Zoom.
