From Afghanistan, but also the French withdrawal and the European reduction of activities in West Africa. We have a resurgence of al-Shabaab East Africa, we have new ISIS provinces in Central Africa. All of these places, terrorism continues to happen."

Fact:

On August 23, 2017, Boko Haram insurgents attacked several villages in northern Nigeria’s Borno State. The extremists shot at villagers and slit their throats, killing 27 people and wounding at least 6 others.
