Google has AGAIN allowed a step-by-step IS bomb-making video to be shared on its networks.The tech giant blocked the clip on YouTube after the Manchester Arena attack but it has resurfaced on other platforms.The video, presented by a masked IS fighter, has been shared thousands of times by extremists. Counter Extremism Project director David Ibsen said: “What this deeply disturbing video's re-upload shows is that Google has significant gaps in its very recent effort to combat terrorist content online.
