"'With Turkish passports, Hamas members could potentially move around the world more easily and carry out terror attacks more readily,' Riza Kumar, a researcher for the Counter Extremism Project said. 'It is possible that providing passports to members of Hamas could lead to an uptick in terrorist activity against U.S. allies,' Kumar said."
