Mohamed Abdullahi Hassan is an American citizen who joined the radical group fighting against the enemies of Islam called Islamic State.  Terrorism expert David Ibsen from the Counter Extremism Project stated that “Miski was online talking about Charlie Hebdo and how people in the US had to do similar things.”
