Moussa Zemmouri

Moussa Zemmouri is a Belgian ex-Guantanamo detainee who was rearrested on terrorism charges in July 2015 alongside another ex-detainee, Soufian Abar Huwari. He was sentenced to 3.5 years of probation for his conspiracy in Huwari’s terrorism financing plot. In July 2015, Zemmouri was arrested as part of a raid on a jihadist recruiting and financing ring in Antwerp, Belgium.
