Hasan Dehghan Ebrahimi

Hasan Dehghan Ebrahimi is a Lebanon-based, internationally designated official in the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The U.S. government sanction-designated Ebrahimi in February 2017 for acting for or on behalf of the Quds Force. The U.S. Department of the Treasury alleges Ebrahimi maintains direct ties to senior Quds Force officials in Tehran. According to the Treasury, Ebrahimi is the manager of Beirut-based Maher Trading and Construction Company, which he has used to transfer funds, smuggle goods, and launder money for Hezbollah. The U.S. government sanctioned Maher for being owned or controlled by Ebrahimi.
