On September 14, 2021, a suicide bomber killed at least 11 people and wounded several others at a tea restaurant in Mogadishu’s Wadajir district. Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility.

On September 12, 2018, a car bomb exploded outside a restaurant near Tikrit City, Iraq killing at least six people and wounding 42. There were no immediate claims of responsibility, though police suspected ISIS of planting the bomb.
Fact:
On September 15, 2017, an improvised explosive device partially exploded at the London underground Parsons Green station during morning rush hour, wounding 30. ISIS claimed an affiliated unit carried out the attack.
