Fact, Boko Haram, sack of explosives left at camp near Monguno
On June 17, 2015, Boko Haram planted a large bag of homemade bombs in an abandoned camp. Civilian fighters transported the bag to the nearby town of Monguno. When a crowd gathered to inspect the sack, the bombs were remotely detonated and 63 people were killed.
