Main points (Pro-ISIS online chatter)

• A Hazara leader was killed in a U.S. drone strike in Syria targeting Iranian proxy groups.
• The U.S. and the Taliban are cooperating in the fight against terrorism.
• The Iranian ambassador and special representative to Afghanistan said on Iranian television that the Taliban are part of the Axis of Resistance.
• The Taliban deputy prime minister stated that they want United Nations recognition and an end to sanctions.

• February 3: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam has stated that it is permissible to take “bribes to vote on the condition that you” vote for them and not another party. The post notes that “polytheism and forbidden things” only lead to more “polytheism and forbidden things.”

“#Pakistan. Polytheism and forbidden things only bring about polytheism and forbidden things.

“Buying the votes of elected officials at polling stations. It is noteworthy that one of the preachers of the party of Mullah Diesel Abu Taliban, which is running in the polytheist elections, has permitted and allowed taking bribes to vote on the condition that you do not vote for them and vote for their infidel party.”

 

• February 4: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that all political parties in the Pakistani election “glorifies its tyrant and attaches to it the attributes of divinity and righteousness.”

“#Pakistan. There is no sin after disbelief.

“‘After God, Nawaz Sharif is the greatest being,’ the field officer of the Muslim League party led by renegade Nawaz Sharif in Chakwal, Pakistan, said during a speech at an election campaign meeting.

“Every party glorifies its tyrant and attaches to it the attributes of divinity and righteousness, such as the party of Mullah Diesel Abu Taliban.”

• February 5: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that an Afghan Hazara leader was killed in a U.S. airstrike in Syria targeting Iranian proxy groups. The post mocks the Taliban, asking them what they will do now that their “Crusader ally” has killed an Afghan citizen.

“#Sham. It was learned of the death of another major leader of the Hazara Shiite group in the recent American bombing, a polytheist named Ali Al-Husseini, one of the senior leaders of the Afghan Shiite group, who became close to the perished Magian Qassem Soleimani.

“The question is for the devils of the apostate Taliban: What is the ruling on your Crusader ally killing one of your citizens, as you consider them, who is close to the perishing Magi, whom you consider a hero and a distinguished leader?

“Why don’t you deny as you do when the #Islamic_State kills them?”

• February 5: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that ten police officers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were killed and six were injured in an attack on a police station.

“#Pakistan. 10 police officers were killed in an attack on a police station in the Pakistani province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and six others were injured.

“This attack occurred today (Monday the 16th) at 03:30 AM local time.

“According to reports, after the shooting, armed attackers stormed the station building and killed the police using grenades.

“Pakistani media said that the attackers were able to escape, and no party has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.”

 

• February 6: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram, citing an Al-Jazeera article that the U.S. and the Taliban are cooperating on fighting terrorism, among other issues. The post asks, “What is the difference between the Taliban now and the… governments that preceded them?”

“The Crusaders help the Taliban (lords of the Al-Qaeda militia!) to eliminate terrorism.

“But I wonder what terrorism they are cooperating to eliminate? What is the difference between the Taliban now and the apostate governments that preceded them?!

“Reality speaks.”

• February 7: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that there were two simultaneous attacks near the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam headquarters in Pishin and Qala Saifullah in Balochistan, resulting in many deaths and injuries. The post noted that in a separate attack, “an employee of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party” was attacked. The post stated that the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) had announced a truce for the election “and had previously announced that it would not attack politicians or voting places.”

“#Pakistan. Two simultaneous explosions occurred this morning near the political party Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam headquarters in the cities of Pishin and Qala Saifullah in Balochistan province.

“20 people were reported killed (12 in Kala Saifullah and 8 in Pishin), and more than 30 people were injured.

“In another attack, an employee of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party was targeted in the south of the country. In Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, the attack targeted the car of parliamentary election candidate Malik Nasir Wazir, wounding him and four of his aides.

“It is noteworthy that the apostate Pakistani Taliban militia had declared a truce throughout the election period and had previously announced that it would not attack politicians or voting places.”

• February 7: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that a local political leader was killed and another candidate was attacked in Jamrud.

“#Pakistan. The local tyrant of the Pakistan Islamic Democratic Party, Sana Badezai, was killed by bullets from unknown assailants who targeted his car, and another member of the apostate party was injured.

“A car carrying another election candidate, the apostate Nabi Afridi, came under fire in Jamrud.”

• February 7: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the Iranian ambassador and special representative to Afghanistan told an Iranian television channel that a Taliban “army of suicide bombers” could be sent to help Hamas if necessary and that the Taliban “is considered part of the… ‘Axis of Resistance.’”

“Al-Magusi Hassan Kazemi Qomi, the special representative of the Iranian tyrant in Afghanistan, told the state-owned Ofogh TV channel that, if necessary, an army of suicide bombers belonging to the apostate Taliban militia will be sent to support the Shiite Hamas militia in Gaza.

“He added: Despite its geographical distance from Gaza, the apostate #Taliban militia is considered part of the Zoroastrian ‘Axis of Resistance.’”

• February 7: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram following up on Qomi’s claim that the Taliban is part of the Axis of Resistance. The post claims that Qomi’s comment indicates that the Taliban could send assistance to Gaza but chooses not to. The post noted that Afghan Shiites have joined Liwa Fatemiyoun in Syria and that Iran is “making political statements on behalf of” the Taliban.

“#Followups. The Iranian Magian ambassador to Afghanistan, Hassan Kazemi Qomi, said that the apostate #Taliban militia is part of the Shiite axis of resistance. If necessary, the apostate Taliban militia is ready to send a detachment of trained suicide bombers to the Gaza Strip.

“#Comment This statement indicates that the apostate militia is fully capable of sending aid to the Muslims of Gaza, but it does not want to do so. In return, the Hazara rejects are sent to the Levant to join the Fatemiyoun militia led by Iran to kill the Sunnis.

“Secondly, Tehran feels so strong and comfortable in Afghanistan that it has already directly included the new apostate regime among its agents, and it is also making political statements on behalf of the apostate militia.”

• February 7: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that one person was killed and three other people were wounded in an explosion in Karachi.

“#Pakistan The third explosion in one day for today. One person was killed, and three others were injured. According to reports, this explosion occurred in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal area in Karachi, Pakistan.

“It is noteworthy that the corporate elections are scheduled for tomorrow.”

• February 7: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that leaflets have been distributed in Pakistan warning people that voting is forbidden and that they should stay away from polling centers. The post noted that there has been an “increase in the frequency of targeting of election rallies and their participants.”

“#Pakistan. Coinciding with the increase in the frequency of targeting of election rallies and their participants, leaflets were distributed urging Muslims to stay away from elections and their centers and to disbelieve in them while clarifying their ruling in Islamic law.”

• February 7: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the Taliban condemned “the bombings that targeted” election rallies in neighboring Pakistan.

“#Khorasan. The apostate #Taliban militia, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, condemns the bombings that targeted the shirk election rallies in Pakistan.”

• February 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that five Pakistani police officers were killed and two injured after attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and that 11 police officers were killed or wounded in Balochistan in an attack on their vehicle.

“#Pakistan. Five apostate police officers were killed and two others injured after militants attacked a mobile police station in the Kulachi area of Dera Ismail Khan district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

“An explosive device exploded on a vehicle of the apostate police in Balochistan, killing and wounding 11 members.”

• February 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that Taliban Deputy Prime Minister Abdul Kabir asked that the Taliban be given United Nations recognition, stating that they sought “positive interaction with the world in light of mutual respect” and that sanctions are “unfair” and have prevented complete “political understanding between the Taliban and the rest of the global community.

“In a meeting with the head of the Atheist and Infidel Nations Mission, Roza Otunbayeva, the deputy of Taghut, asked the ministers of the apostate Taliban militia: Afghanistan’s seat in the atheist nations must be handed over to the apostate Taliban militia. He stressed that the apostate militia wants positive interaction with the world in light of mutual respect.

“The apostate described the international sanctions imposed on the apostate Taliban militia and its leaders as unfair and added: ‘These sanctions have hindered interaction, negotiation and political understanding with the world.’”

• February 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that a school being used as a polling place was attacked with explosives, leading to the death and wounding of seven people.

“#Pakistan. Targeting a school used as a polling center with explosives.

“Targeting election organizers in Balochistan with a bombing, which led to the death and injury of 7 people.”

• February 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram alleging that the Taliban have started “a new house-to-house search campaign north of Kabul.” The post alleged that the Taliban would “violate the sanctity of homes,” invade privacy, and commit theft.

“#Khorasan. Apostates of the #Taliban_militia begin a new house-to-house search campaign north of Kabul.

“A new campaign to violate the sanctity of homes, expose private parts, and steal property of gold and money.”

• February 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that the Pakistani elections are rigged and that the polls themselves are religiously invalid. 

“#Pakistan. Fraud is in full swing in the polytheistic elections, and the ballot boxes are rigged in favor of an apostate infidel.

“Of course, there is no sin after disbelief.”

• February 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram criticizing Fazal-ur-Rehman for participating in Pakistan’s election. The post noted that he previously declared it “permissible for the… Taliban… to fight in Afghanistan” but stated that the Pakistani Taliban was not allowed to fight in Pakistan.

“#contemplation. Infidels who polytheize God, argue with God about His judgment, God Almighty, just as they associate others with God.

“Mullah Diesel, Abu Taliban, and the apostate Mufti of Pakistan, Idris, during polytheism in the elections that took place today in Pakistan.

“Mullah Diesel is considered the godfather of the masters of the apostate Al-Qaeda [obscene], and they honor him and listen to his fatwas.

“No wonder the infidel once said: It is permissible for the apostate Taliban militia to fight in Afghanistan because there is no law prohibiting it. On the other hand, the apostate Pakistani Taliban militia is not permissible to fight in Pakistan because we have a law that forbids it.”

• February 8: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that on election day, 12 people were killed, which included 10 “security personnel,” and 39 people were injured in 51 attacks with explosives, grenades, and firearms in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

“#Pakistan. Coinciding with the day of the elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan today, 12 people were killed, including ten apostate security personnel, and 39 were injured in 51 attacks in which explosive devices, hand grenades, and firearms were used.”

• February 9: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that Pakistani soldiers and police officers shot demonstrators protesting on behalf of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan’s party.

“#Pakistan. The army and police open fire on demonstrators loyal to the party of the former tyrant Imran Khan.”

• [Pakistan] February 7: ISIS claims to have killed or wounded 45 people attending an election rally in Khanozai, Balochistan, using an “explosive-laden motorcycle.”

“More than 45 were killed and wounded in a bombing of Caliphate soldiers in the middle of a pagan election rally in southwest Pakistan.

“By the Grace of God Almighty, the soldiers of the Caliphate detonated an explosive-laden motorcycle on a polytheist election gathering of supporters of one of the apostate candidates, in the city of Khanozai in Pishin region of Balochistan, killing and wounding more than 45 apostates, and all praise and gratitude be to God.”

• [Pakistan] February 7: ISIS claims to have killed or wounded 35 people attending an election rally in Qila Saifullah, Balochistan, using a “motorcycle with explosives.”

“About 35 apostates were killed and wounded in a new bombing of Caliphate soldiers in the middle of an election rally for one of the apostate parties in southwestern Pakistan.

“By the grace of God Almighty, the soldiers of the Caliphate detonated a motorcycle with explosives in the middle of an election gathering for one of the apostate democratic parties in the Qila Saifullah area in Balochistan, which led to the death and injury of about 35 apostates, and all praise and gratitude be to God.”
